PRODUCTS

Our produce is grown in the cool, high valleys of the Western and Eastern Cape. In these areas the growing conditions are perfect. Cool mountain air slows down the ripening process in the orchards and fields, concentrating colours, flavours and aromas, while clean, pure mountain water ensures the highest standards in quality.

APPLES

ENVY™

Mostly red with yellow specks. The peel is fairly thick and tough. The flesh is pale yellow. It is a sweet apple with low acid and a slightly flowery taste.

A highly blushed, crunchy, sweet-tart, juicy apple with white flesh and very appealing eating experience.

BRAEBURN

A bright yellow apple with slight rustic look and a firm, crisp, well balanced aromatic flavour.

JAZZ™

A rosy red skin oftentimes with undertones of yellow, orange and green. A dense, creamy yellow flesh that is juicy with an exceptionally crisp texture. A classic low acid sweet-tart apple taste.

FUJI

A light red/pink apple either blushed or lined with red vertical stripes, a creamy white, dense flesh which is juicy, and crisp – low in acid, the flavour is mild yet very sweet.

A bright green apple with crisp white flesh and a tart yet subtlety sweet flavour.

PINK LADY™

These apples are a particularly attractive with a beautiful a pink blush overlaid on greenish-yellow undertones. The flesh is firm, crisp, effervescent, and yellow-white, with a tangy and sweet flavour.

PACKHAM'S TRIUMPH

A bulbous, wide-bottomed pear green skin that ripens to a light yellow. A sweet and juicy white flesh with a smooth texture – a classic.

DOYENNE DU COMICE

A pear with a distinctly squat shape, large bulbous bottom and a short, well-defined neck with a blush. A sweet aroma with juicy, soft and creamy flesh.

A large pear with elongated neck and a rounded bottom with a golden russet-coloured skin. A dense texture, creamy, off-white, juicy flesh with a pleasantly sweet flavour.
