2.1 The Competition will run in selected Pick n Pay School Club schools
2.2 Employees, officers, and directors of Dutoit Agri and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3.1 The Competition period begins on 26 July 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023.
3.2 Dutoit Agri reserves the right to modify the Competition period at any time.

4.1 Scan the QR code seen on the apple sticker, or visit the URL – comp.dutoitagri.co.za.
4.2 Create a FROOOT profile. Ensure that you select the correct FROOOT code that has been assigned to your school. If the FROOOT code is not added upon profile creation the entry will not count towards the school.
4.3 Schools will be ranked based on the number of times the FROOOT code is used to sign up.
4.4 Only legitimate email addresses may be used to create a FROOOT profile. Inactive email addresses will be disqualified. Only one email address per sign up can be used

5.1 The prizes for the Competition are as follows:
        • First place: R20 000 (Twenty Thousand Rand) Takealot voucher
        • Second place: R15 000 (Fifteen Thousand Rand) Takealot voucher
        • Third place: R10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) Takealot voucher
5.2 The winners will be notified by email on 6 November 2023 after the end of the Competition period.
5.4 Prizes are awarded in the form of vouchers and may not be exchanged for cash or any other vouchers.
5.5 The judges decision is final and cannot be swayed.

6.1 Dutoit Agri is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions in the online game.
6.2 Dutoit Agri is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
6.3 Dutoit Agri reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or tampers with the online game.

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
7.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Dutoit Agri with respect to the Competition and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
7.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7.4 Dutoit Agri reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time without notice. In the event that the competition is amended or canceled, all rights against DuToit and all partners etc will be waived by the entrants.
